Results of inspections of the quality of public services for 9 months of 2017

For 9 months of 2017, the Agency and its territorial divisions conducted 771 inspections (selective - 260, unscheduled - 511), identified 355 thousand of  violations of the law. The widespread violations are:  demanding of superfluous documentation in the provision of public services - 181 thousand (or 48%),  providing services with an incomplete package of documents - 121 thousand (or 34%),  business process violations - 32 thousand (or 9% %),  non-compliance with the terms of provision of services - 2.8 thousand (or 0.7%). 480 employees of state bodies and their subordinate organizations were brought to disciplinary responsibility. According to the results of the first nine months of this year, 127 protocols on administrative violations were drawn up for violations of the terms, procedure for issuing permits, and also unreasonable refusals to provide them. In the state revenue in the form of fines, KZT 6 758 930 was recovered. In the analyzed period, 468 applications were received (121 in the central office, 347 in the territorial departments), 347 of them were considered (74% of the total number of complaints received by the authorized body). Complaints are most often received in the provision of public services in the areas of land relations (25%), housing relations (8%), as well as in the social sphere (8%). In 79% of cases, the rights of the beneficiaries were restored.
